Here, you will find a registration forms and guidelines for registering. For ease in the registration process, we encourage you to follow these instructions. You must register your child(ren) each year. Children returning to Messiah for the 2011-2012 school year and 2012 summer program are not assured a place without a 2011-2012 registration on file.
Registration Fee: $40.00 for the fall of 2011. For children enrolling in the summer program only, there will be a $30.00 registration fee. Present childcare enrollees need no registration fee for the summer, but an abbreviated summer registration form is required.
Activity Fee: Preschool Activity fee of $45.00 is due at the time of registration. The Summer Activity Fee is $70.00.
All children must be completely potty trained before attending Messiah. We understand that occasional accidents happen; however, if accidents occur on a regular basis, a conference will be called with parents to discuss a solution.
Physical forms and additional registration forms for fall and summer are available in the school office.
Birth certificates are required for all NEW students. Please bring a certified copy of your child’s original birth certificate when you turn in your application. The state requires that we view the birth certificate and record the birth certificate number and birth state on the registration application.
Physical Forms and Immunization Records: All NEW students to Messiah Lutheran School must have a current physical form on file PRIOR to the first day of school.
If your child lives with both parents, BOTH PARENTS’ SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED following the Registration Agreement at the designated spots.
Summer registration forms should be returned prior to May 1st. Please turn in forms at your earliest convenience to ensure a spot.
Messiah Lutheran School is an auxiliary ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church and operates as a non-profit parochial educational facility.
